Cancellation Policy
(a) If the Patron cancels this Rental Agreement and the event is 6 months or more away, the cancellation fee charged to the Patron shall be 50% of the contracted price. (b) If the Patron cancels this Rental Agreement and the event is scheduled within 6 months time, the cancellation fee shall be 60% of the contracted amount. (c) If the Patron cancels this Rental Agreement and the event is scheduled within a 60 day period, the cancellation fee shall be seventy 70% of the contracted amount. COVID-19 Cancellation: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 public health situation, Patron shall have the ability to cancel the Event for any reason with two weeks’ prior written notice. Additionally, in the event that the booking or Project Farmhouse is subject to any closure, delay, or cancellation by order of local, state or national authorities, Operator shall return the full contracted price to Patron. All refunds herein shall be returned within a reasonable amount of time.
