For cancellations between the date of signing and ninety (90) days of the event, The Client will not be required to pay final balance, however all deposits and other payments already issued are non-refundable. For cancellations received less than ninety days prior to the Event Date, The Client will remain responsible for the full contracted amount. Prior deposits will not be refunded, nor will they be applied at The Venue. The date and time of the contracted event cannot be changed within 4 weeks of the event date. If The Client chooses to change the date after the agreement has been signed, a rescheduling fee of $7,500 will be applied. A Contracted Event must be rescheduled within the calendar year; otherwise all monies paid by The Client to The Venue will be forfeited and are non-refundable. If either party cancels the event for reasons beyond its control resulting from “Acts of God” (including fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane or other natural disaster; acts of terrorism; interruption or failure of electricity; or other conditions that make it impossible, illegal, or dangerous to hold the event), The Venue’s sole obligation shall be to use reasonable efforts, in conjunction with The Client, to reschedule The Event for a date within one year of the event date. The Client will be able to apply monies paid towards the re-booking, less any expenses incurred by The Venue in preparing for the rescheduled event that are above and beyond those expenses that would have been incurred by The Venue if the original date for the event were honored. In the event that The Client chooses not to reschedule the event or in the event a date is not mutually agreed upon by both parties, The Client will be refunded all monies less actual expenses incurred by The Venue in preparation for the Event's originally contracted date. The Venue will not be held liable for any outside expenses previously paid by The Client or future expenses incurred by The Client resulting from said “Acts of God”. The Client will not be held liable for any expenses previously paid by The Venue or future expenses occurred by The Venue resulting from said "Acts of God".
